02How it works

Four steps. You only do the first one.

  1. You ask

Call, text or WhatsApp, or talk or type on the website. Say it the way you would say it to a neighbour.

  2. HereHum finds the local options

Businesses and services near you that fit what you asked.

  3. It tells you plainly which ones it can act on

Every business carries a note saying what HereHum can and cannot do for it.

  4. It does the next thing

Where a business is connected, HereHum passes a note, chats with them for you, or books. If it cannot, it says so.

A look inside

04Straight answers

Trust comes before cleverness.

1

We only say what a business has told us, or what is public.

2

We never say a business is available unless it has connected in a way that lets us know.

3

Nothing you tell HereHum is sold to anyone.

People before profit

We only say what a business has told us, or what is public.

We don’t say businesses are available

We never say a business is available unless it has connected in a way that lets us know.

Safe by default

On text and chat, HereHum treats you as possibly under eighteen unless you tell it otherwise. Read about safety and trust.

The Art Deco frontage of Surbiton railway station

Actually Surbiton

A local service should look local.

Real Surbiton, not a stock town. The station, the parade, the river.
